MANAMA, June 22 (KUNA) -- Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, the Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, congratulated Saudi Arabia's newly-appointed Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the post he assumed yesterday.
During a phone conversation, initiated on Thursday by Crown Prince Salman, the Bahraini royalty highlighted the importance of the close deep-rooted ties and cooperation between the two sisterly countries in all fields, BNA news agency reported.
Crown Prince Salman expressed best wishes for the Saudi Crown Prince, adding that he is confident that Bahrain and Saudi Arabia will continue to see further prosperity in the years ahead. (end)
