Iraqi Premier arrives in Kuwait on official visit

KUWAIT, June 21 (KUNA) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi arrived in Kuwait on Wednesday on a one-day official visit.
A formal reception was held for the Iraqi official and the national anthems of Iraq and Kuwait were played.
Al-Abadi was welcomed by His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, His Highness the Premier's Diwan Advisor and head of the accompanying mission of honor Faisal Mohammad Al-Haji and a number of sheikhs, ministers, advisors and high-ranking officers of the Army, Police and National Guard, senior officials of His Highness the Premier's Diwan as well as both countries' ambassadors.
