KUWAIT, June 20 (KUNA) -- A scrapyard of the Department of Technical Inspection at the Capital Governorate Traffic Directorate caught fire on Tuesday, said Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD).
The fire, which covered an area of almost 150 square meters, was immediately put under control, KFSD said in statement, adding that only material damage was reported, KFSD added.
Fire engines from Al-Shuwaikh and Al-Ardhiyah fire departments took part in controlling the fire. (end) ays.fs.ss
