Bahrain police arrest 286 wanted terrorists

MANAMA, May 23 (KUNA) -- Bahrain's Interior Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that the security services arrested 286 persons who were convicted on serious terror charges.
The statement, posted on the ministry's Twitter account, urged the citizens and expatriates living in the Kingdom of Bahrain to abide by the security instructions and report to the law-enforcers on any suspicious terrorist activities.
It warned that the law-enforcement agencies would respond firmly to any illegal propaganda that could foment sectarian tensions or disturb the public peace.
Earlier today, the ministry said the policemen arrested 50 convicted terrorists who broke out from Jow prison. (pickup previous) hmd.gb
