Saudi Oil Minister Khaled Al-Faleh arrives in Baghdad
BAGHDAD, May 22 (KUNA) -- Saudi Oil Minister Khaled Al-Faleh arrived in Baghdad on Monday on an official visit to Iraq in order to discuss with its officials the extension of OPEC output cut.
Spokesman for the Iraqi Oil Minister Asem Jihad said to KUNA that the Saudi minister will discuss with his Iraqi counterpart Jabbar Al-Luaibi OPEC-led output cut extension.
During his stay in Baghdad, the Saudi minister is also expected to consider Saudi-Iraqi relations and the latest developments of the global oil market, he added.
This is the first visit by the Saudi oil minister to Iraq since 2003. (end)
