ISLAMABAD, June 21 (KUNA) -- Three militants were killed and five others,
including a soldier, were wounded in a bomb attack and subsequent retaliatory
operation in South Waziristan tribal agency on Pakistan on Tuesday, said
sources.
A security forces' vehicle hit a remote-controlled bomb in Laddah district
of the agency, security sources told KUNA. The incident critically wounded a
soldier.
Sources said further that the security forces launched a retaliatory
operation and killed at least three militants and wounded four others. (end)
