KUWAIT, June 14 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser
Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Tuesday spoke highly of the democratic boom
been enjoyed by the State of Kuwait since her independence.
Speaking to reporters after a closed-door session by the National Assembly
(Parliament), held for his grilling, HH the Prime Minister stressed the
importance of abidance by the constitution which organized the relations among
the legislative, executive and judiciary authorities.
As for the interpellation, he said: "This is democracy and this is the
constitution; we have to abide by both."
At the end of the grilling session, 10 MPs raised a no-cooperation move
against HH the Prime Minister pursuant to Article 102 of the Constitution.
