ISLAMABAD, Nov 2 (KUNA) -- Pakistani security forces on Tuesday killed more
than seventeen militants and wounded several others in an operation, conducted
in Mohmand tribal agency bordering Afghanistan, said officials.
The military gunship pounded suspected militant hideouts in several
sub-regions of Pindyali district, security officials told KUNA.
While the operation was still continuing, officials said, more than
seventeen militants have been, so far, reportedly killed.
Several others were also seriously wounded in the shelling, added the
