Four policemen killed in Yemen

SANAA, Aug 26 (KUNA) -- Four Yemeni policemen were killed and another injured in a terrorist attack on their vehicles in Zinjobar city of Abyan province, southern Yemen, late Wednesday.
The attackers, who ran away immediately, are believed to belong to al-Qaeda network. The attack took place near a marketplace following evening prayers.
However, Yemeni security forces have arrested a number of suspects at the site, and are now investigating them, the Yemeni Interior Ministry said.
Meanwhile, security bodies in Abyan province tightened their security measures around buildings and vital facilities in the province in case of any criminal acts and sabotage. (end) az.mt KUNA 261123 Aug 10NNNN
