Missiles hit S. Israel, one person wounded

GAZA, Nov 6 (KUNA) -- Three missiles fired from Gaza Strip crashed into the southern Israeli town of Ashkelon on Sunday wounding a foreign worker, a spokesman of the Israeli Army said.
The military spokesman told the Israeli radio that the worker was lightly wounded with shrapnel.
The missile attack came shortly after one Palestinian activist was killed and three others were wounded in an Israeli air strike east of the town of Al-Qararah in south of the strip. An Israeli military spokesman said the gunmen were trying to fire missiles in the direction of Israel. (end) mzt.rk KUNA 061207 Nov 11NNNN
