KUWAIT, Oct 24 (KUNA) -- Acting Minister of Communications Saleh Al-Athaina
said Monday he reached an agreement with union of workers at Kuwait Airways
Corporation (KAC) to approve their demands within a month-time.
Al-Athaina, also Minister of Electricity and Water and Acting Information
Minister, said union's demands would be approved by the Civil Service
Commission (CSC) by one month maximum.
The demands of the union were "welcomed a month ago to transfer them to the
CSC.
"But the brothers in the union wanted the immediate approval of demands ...
and that was the point of difference," he said in a press release. (end)
