KISR thanks HH Amir for his endless support

KUWAIT, Oct 12 (KUNA) -- Director-General of the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) Dr. Naji Al-Mutairi expressed here on Wednesday his deep appreciation and gratitude to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for his warm reception of the Institute's delegation today and to his keenness and support of KISR's various activities.
Al-Mutairi told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the meeting with His Highness the Amir touched on axes of KISR's strategic shift project, which includes the organization of its activities for over 20 years (until 2030) in order to achieve a quantum leap to ensure that the Institute earns a high rank among world research institutions by relying on innovation and creativity to support comprehensive and sustainable development.
He added that the delegation also reviewed with His Highness the Amir the seventh Strategic Plan of the Institute (2010-2015) as one of the focuses of the draft strategic shift of the Institute.
He said the process of development includes new construction to accommodate the new role of the Institute and its projects and the most advanced research facilities with interest in the development of human resources and training of youth leaders and implement a program for the development of creative thinking and innovation.
