National Assembly Bureau holds annual session

KUWAIT, Aug 16 (KUNA) -- The National Assembly Bureau discussed a new building and administrative issues in an annual session chaired by Speaker Jassim Al-Kharafi on Tuesday.
The meeting, attended by the Bureau's members and the Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Fadhel Safar, discussed the execution of a new building for MPs, with the attendance of representatives of the project's consultancy and construction firms, National Assembly Secretary, MP Adnan Abdulsamad said in a statement.
The meeting also discussed a number of administrative and financial issues pertaing to the Kuwaiti parliament's General Secretariat, the MP added. (end) sss.sd KUNA 161826 Aug 11NNNN
