BAGHDAD, Dec 26 (KUNA) -- Iraqi police shot dead two suicide bombers at
entrance of Samarra' pharmaceutical plant on Sunday, a security source said.
Policemen noticed two persons walking towards a check point near the
pharmaceutical plant in northeast of Samarra', said the source. The policemen
told them to stop but they continued walking thus prompting the security men
to shot them dead.
Bomb squad was called and it removed two explosive belts from the bombers,
he said.
All entrances of Samarra' were closed following the incident, he noted.
