ISLAMABAD, Nov 6 (KUNA) -- Pakistan Saturday refuted an international media
report alleging that it was running terrorist training camps in Azad Jammu and
Kashmir.
Foreign Office spokesman in a statement termed the BBC report as baseless
and malicious. Such groundless reports are aimed at undermining the legitimate
struggle of Kashmiris for their right to self-determination, he said.
The spokesman added that Pakistan was committed to continue extending full
diplomatic and moral support to Kashmiris in their struggle against Indian
occupation.
Kashmir is a disputed territory between India and Pakistan since
independence in 1947. The two neighboring nuclear rivals have fought three
wars on the issue and initiated peace dialogue as well but it remains
unresolved. (end)
