BAGHDAD, Aug 8 (KUNA) -- Several insurgents' attacks claimed lives of 22
people in the province of Al-Anbar west of the Iraqi capital on Sunday, police
said.
A police source told KUNA a booby-trapped car blew up near the identity
cards headquarters in the center of the provincial city of Al-Anbar, killing
20 people and wounding 44 others.
In the region of Al-Saqlawiah near the city of Al-Falloujah, two people
were killed and 10 others were wounded in an identical incident. And in
Al-Falloujah, terrorists set off a car packed with explosives after robbing a
commercial agency office -- wounding nine people. (end)
