RAMALLAH, May 4 (KUNA) -- Israeli bulldozers destroyed a mosque in Rafah,
southern Gaza Strip, on Tuesday.
Al-Duhaina mosque was completely destroyed by eight Israeli bulldozers
sweeping the eastern side of Rafah, while military aircraft are still firing
at Palestinian houses in the area, Palestinian sources said.
The sources said eight military vehicles broke into Rafah with aircover for
the demolition operation.
This incident coincided with Israeli settlers burning a mosque at Al-Laban
village in southern Nablus.(end)
