KHARTOUM, April 19 (KUNA) -- Sudanese opposition Democratic Union Party
rejected the results of elections because of what they considered as
wide-spread fraud, calling for holding another polls.
The elections are not free, fair nor just, the party said in a statement,
noting that party chairman Mohammad Othman Al-Mirghani did not cast his vote.
The results showed the ruling national congress party as winner.
The results of elections, said the party, did not reflect the true will of
the Sudanese people. (end)
