GAZA, April 12 (KUNA) -- Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the
Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, accused on Monday the security forces of
the sacked government in Gaza of arresting a number of its activists who
intended to launch a Jihadist operation against Israel last night.
A spokesman of the Brigades condemned the four-hour arrest, noting that the
group was planning an operation against Israeli special forces.
"The detainees were released after asking them to sign a pledge not to
undertake any Jihadist action against Israel," the Spokesman added.(end)
