Firing at religious procession in Pakistan kills one, wounds 10

ISLAMABAD, Feb 27 (KUNA) -- Firing by unknown militants Saturday at a religious procession in a northern district killed one person and seriously wounded 10 others, said police.
The incident took place in Dera Ismail Khan district of North-West Frontier Province (NWFP).
According to police sources, a large number of people were taking part in the procession, held to mark the occasion of 12th Rabi-ul-Awal (Eid Millad-ul-Nabi).
Unknown masked gunmen opened firing at the process, said sources, adding that one person was killed and over 10 were critically wounded.
