Two killed, 37 injured in blast spate in Ingushetia

MOSCOW, Feb 19 (KUNA) -- Two people were killed and 37 others injured as a result of a spate of explosions in the republic of Ingushetia, northern Caucasus, Russian Itar-Tass news agency reported here Friday.
Itar-Tass quoted some Russian security sources as saying that most of those killed and injured were from security personnel who were dragged into some sites booby-trapped with explosive devices.
The agency pointed out that these remote-controlled devices exploded consecutively near to a desolate house in the suburbs of Nazran following its accession by a group of Russian security agents who suspected some explosives inside it.
