ALGERIA, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- Algeria announced the death of a man as a result
of swine flu on Friday bringing the total number of fatalities from the
disease in the country to eight.
Another 27 people were found positive for the A(H1N1) virus in Algeria,
bringing the total number to 362 confirmed cases, 11 of which were found in
the capital Algiers, the country's Ministry of Health and Population said in a
statement.
The ministry added in its statement that following strict hygiene
guidelines like washing hands several times a day with soap and using paper
tissues when sneezing, would limit the chances of catching swine flu. (end)
