KABUL, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- At least 10 Afghan civilians were killed as a suicide bomber attacked a market area in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday. The explosion took place in Deh Rahod district of the country's southern province of Uruzgan. The bomber attempted to target a convoy of foreign troops and missed killing at least 10 civilians and injuring more than a dozen, said police officials.
