Unknown assailants fire at gov''t official in SW Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (KUNA) -- A provincial secretary was critically wounded on Saturday in the southwestern city of Quetta when unknown assailants opened fire at him.
Secretary of Baluchistan Education Ministry, Professor Hamid, was on his way to his office when unknown assailants opened fire at his official vehicle only a few meters from his residence, his driver, Muhammad Shafiq, told media.
