IRBIL, July 4 (KUNA) -- Iraqi police said on Saturday one of its members
and two civilians were killed by unidentified gunmen in the city of Kirkuk in
northern Iraq.
A source in the Iraqi police in Kirkuk told KUNA, "The unknown gunmen shot
the policeman dead on Corniche Road."
He added that some unidentified gunmen also fired last night at two Iraqi
brothers, killing them at once. He noted that the guns used in all the
killings were equipped with silencers.(end)
