Turkish police bust truck laden with explosives in Diyarbakar

ISTANBUL, Dec 23 (KUNA) -- The Turkish police busted on Tuesday a truck laden with equipment used for the production of explosives south east of the country, according to security sources.
The Turkish security directorate said in a statement that the truck was busted in Diyarbakar south east of the country, saying that the truck belonged to the PKK.
It added that the rebels were about to carry out terrorist operations inside the city, indicating that the police began combing the area in search for the perpetrators. (end) ta.tg KUNA 232205 Dec 08NNNN
