ISLAMABAD, Nov 9 (KUNA) -- More than five people were killed and about
three others were critically wounded in NATO forces bombardment inside
Pakistani territory on Sunday, security sources said.
NATO forces were conducting an operation in the bordering Afghan area. The
NATO jet fighters crossed into Pakistani airspace and bombarded Tirah valley
near Pak-Afghan Torkham border in Khyber tribal agency, the security sources

They said more than five people were killed in NATO airstrikes and three
were critically wounded. Local news channels said that at least eight people
were killed in the bombing.
The Allied Forces have been routinely carrying out airstrikes in Pakistani
bordering areas since September this year despite repeated protests by
Islamabad. The airstrikes have so far killed more than 50 people
including women and children.
