BAGHDAD, Aug 10 (KUNA) -- At least five Iraqi people were killed and 12
others were wounded on Sunday, when a car rigged with explosives went off, and
followed by a similar attacked caused by the detonation of an improvised
explosive device in Baghdad, police sources said.
Sources told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that an explosive car parked near
Al-Madaen gas station, in southern Baghdad, exploded and claimed two people's
lives and wounded seven others, who were admitted to a hospital for medical
care.
A similar assault occurred in the liberation square, in central Baghdad,
targeting a transportation vehicle assigned to one of the Iraqi banks killing
three people at least an injuring five others.
Meanwhile, police forces said that three Iraqi were killed and 20 others
wounded when as four bombs exploded in saperated incidents in the Iraqi
