Pakistan condemns terrorist violence in India

ISLAMABAD, July 26 (KUNA) --Pakistan on Saturday has strongly condemned the acts of terrorist violence in the Indian cities of Ahmedabad and Bangalore.
Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani in a press statement issued here expressed deep sympathies with the bereaved families and the victims of these dastardly acts of senseless violence against innocent persons.
In sequential-patterned terror strikes in India in as many days, death toll in 17 serial blasts in the Western Indian city of Ahmedabad Saturday evening had increased to 26, with more than 100 people injured.
Yesterday, eight serial blasts in the Southern Indian city of Bangalore also resulted in killing two people and injuring seven more. (end) amn.hb KUNA 262228 Jul 08NNNN
