BEIRUT, May 10 (KUNA) -- Hezbollah on Saturday accused supporters of the
Lebanese Progressive Socialist Party Leader Walid Jumblatt of kidnapping three
members of the party and the execution of two of them in the Aley Mount in
Lebanon.
Hezbollah's Media Relations in a statement this afternoon said "elements
belonging to Walid Jumblatt's 'militia' in Aley had abducted three members of
Hezbollah, where they executed two of them by shooting them and stabbing them
with knives and dumping their bodies in front of Faith Hospital in the city of
Aley, while the third's fate is still unknown."
The statement, which described the act as a "monstrous crime" and "very
serious in content, significance and implications," held Jumblatt personal
responsibility for the fate of the third person, who is believed to be still
abducted. (end)
