Katyusha rocket hits BBC office in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, May 9 (KUNA) -- A Katyusha rocket hit Friday the BBC office east of Baghdad with no human casualties occurring.
The office employees told KUNA the rocket hit the editors department but did not cause any serious damages.
The office is located near the French embassy.
The Katyusha round was among seven others launched on Baghdad's Green-Zone, headquarters of the Iraqi government and parliament in addition to several diplomatic missions such as the US and British embassies. (end) mhg.gta KUNA 092024 May 08NNNN
