Violence in Kirkuk claims lives of three Iraqis

IRBIL, May 18 (KUNA) -- At least three Iraqis were killed and three others were injured during seperate violent acts in Kirkuk, northern Iraq, a source at the Iraqi city's police department said Friday.
The source told KUNA that masked gunmen ambushed a number of trucks on the Kirkuk-Mosul road, east of the city, causing the death of three truck drivers.
Remarking on another incident, the source said a bomb explosion under Al-Tahadi Bridge in Al-Huwaija area resulted in the injury of three civilians.
And in other developments, Kirkuk police arrested four wanted felons during search operations in "Melha and Tuwilha" village.
