KUN0121 4 GEN 0156 KUWAIT /KUNA-AET5 POL-PAKISTAN-MILITANTS-ARREST Pakistani police arrest two militants, seize explosive material ISLAMABAD, Sept 12 (KUNA) -- Pakistani police in a raid on Monday arrested two militants of a banned group in an eastern city of Punjab province and seized powerful explosives and Jihadi literature found with them. The two militants, Mubashir Ishaq and Rana Javed, both in their late thirties, were arrested from Lahore city, 370 kilometers Southeast of Islamabad, a police source told KUNA. The source said that Mubashir belongs to Al-Qaeda linked Lashkar-i-Jhangvi (LJ) extremist group and Rana belongs to Jaish-e-Muhammadi (JM). It added that police also seized huge caches of arms, ammunition including bomb making material, detonators and rockets, Jihadi literature including computer disks and diaries, and two satellite telephone sets.
