BAGHDAD, Jan 29 (KUNA) -- Ambassadors of the world giant seven economies (G7) reaffirmed, during a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Abadi Monday, their countries' "active" participation in an international conference for reconstruction of Iraq, due in Kuwait next month.
A government statement quoted the ambassadors and represerntative of the World Bank as expressing their support for economic reforms in Iraq and their active participation in the February 12-14 conference.
The World Bank, said the statement, finalized a report about Iraq's reconstruction needs.
Abadi said the government was serious and pursuing economic reforms, creation of jobs and removing all hurdles facing investment. (end) ahh.bs
