CAIRO, Nov 8 (KUNA) -- Embracing new media tools and technology will enhance cooperation amongst Arab armies, said a Kuwaiti army official Wednesday.
Speaking after the conclusion of the 22nd meeting for heads of Arab armies training authorities, Brigadier Anwar Al-Mazidi said that the five-day event resulted in a number of recommendations geared toward utilizing new media tools in bolstering Arab military ties.
The meeting also approved an Egyptian proposal connected with training for unconventional war scenarios, said the Kuwaiti official.
Brigadier Al-Mazidi said that heads of Arab armies training authorities had met with Arab League Secretary General Ahmad Abul-Gheit, discussing with him issues pertaining to developments in the region. (end) mfm.gta
