CAIRO, July 5 (KUNA) -- The Arab Parliament (AP) held an urgent meeting here Sunday which focused on the recent terrorist attacks that hit a number of Arab countries.
A press release by AP said that the meeting, headed by AP President Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Jarwan and attended by Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Araby, touched on the recent attacks, condemning those heinous acts aimed against Arab security.
The meeting called for measures to uproot extremism in the Arab world through cooperation among Arab security forces. (end) ms.gta
