CAIRO, June 30 (KUNA) -- Three people were killed in a car explosion in the October 6 suburb in the Egyptian capital on Tuesday, the Interior and Health Ministries said.
An interior ministry source was quoted by official media as saying two persons who riding a car next to a shopping mall in the 11th neighborhood of the October 6 suburb, Giza Governorate, and detonated two explosive devices which killed them on the spot.
The health ministry later said the number of people killed reached three.
It added that ambulances rushed to the scene of the blast as soon as they knew about it. (end) esm.bs
