KUWAIT, Nov 26 (KUNA) -- Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khaled Al-Jarallah met here on Wednesday with Russian Ambassador to Kuwait Alexi Solomatin on bilateral relations and ways and means of promoting and bolstering them.
