BEIRUT, June 6 (KUNA) -- Six Israeli warplanes, including a reconnaissance drone, violated Lebanese airspace and were seen circling over various Lebanese areas on Thursday.
Lebanese Army Command said in a statement that the drone plane was seen circling over Rayaq and Ba'albak area for seven hours.
The statement added that six other Israeli warplanes also violated Lebanese airspace and were seen flying for various southern areas for around four hours.
Lebanese President Michel Suleiman told Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour to formally file a complaint with the UN regarding the daily Israeli violation of Lebanese airspace. (end) ayb.mb KUNA 062243 Jun 13NNNN
