Turkey: Two security guards killed in PKK attack

ISTANBUL, Sept 26 (KUNA) -- Two security guards were killed and two others were injured Wednesday in a PKK armed attack in the southeastern Sirnak province, according to security sources.
An improvised explosive planted on a road by PKK elements in Sirnakآ’s Silopi district detonated, Anadolu agency quoted the sources as saying.
The injured security guards were taken to Silopi State Hospital, the sources added.
An operation was launched in the area to apprehend the perpetrators.(end).
