KUWAIT, Feb 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday sent a cable of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the plane crash that claimed all passengers' lives.
Their Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, respectively Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, addressed cableS of identical sentiments to the Russian president.
The plane, with 71 passengers on board, crashed on outskirts of the Russian capital Moscow earlier today. (end)
