KUWAIT, Nov 29 (KUNA) -- Head of Kuwait National Security Bureau (NSB) Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali Al-Sabah met Wednesday with the Dean of School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) at National University of Singapore (NUS) Professor Wei Kwok Kee and his accompanying delegation.
