ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (KUNA) -- Some 12 cadets of the State of Kuwait participated in the 119th passing out parade of Combat Support Force held at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Academy in Risalpur.
Commander of Kuwait Air Force Major General Abdullah Al-Foudari was the chief guest of the ceremony in which 12 Kuwaiti cadets were also passed out from the Academy. Addressing the ceremony, Al-Foudari expressed desire to further augment relations with Pakistan in different fields including defense and security.
He said the two countries enjoy historic relations in different areas including military training. He added he is confident these relations would continue to grow in the years to come.
Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan's Air Chief Marshall, Sohail Aman said that both Pakistan and Kuwait enjoy strong brotherly relations based on shared history, traditions and religion.
He appreciated the performance of twelve Kuwaitis cadets and congratulated all the cadets for successfully completing their training. (end) sbk.msa
