Saudi National Day celebration of kingdom's achievements - Kuwaiti Amb.

RIYADH, Sept 22 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia's National Day on Saturday is a celebration of the kingdom's development and achievements on all levels, said Kuwaiti Ambassador to Saudi Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Friday, Sheikh Thamer congratulated the Saudi leadership and people on the 87th National Day.
Since its establishment by King Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the kingdom had seen prominent regional and international achievements in economy, politics, culture and the humanitarian field, he said. The country had also set the "Saudi Vision 2030" plan, aiming to create different income sources and increase job opportunities, Sheikh Thamer added.
Meanwhile, he applauded Saudi's expansion of facilities in Makkah and services provided for pilgrims to ensure a safe Hajj trip for everyone. (end) mdm.ag
