ANKARA, Sept 22 (KUNA) -- Turkish Airlines has signed a deal to acquire 40 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, said an announcement Friday.
The airlines' Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee, Ilker Ayci said that the deal would help to meet the growing numbers of clients choosing to travel on their aircraft.
The final details of the deal, which includes maintenance, will be inked soon, he affirmed.
Turkish airlines is eager to increase its fleet to 400 aircraft coinciding with the opening of the third Istanbul airport.(end)
