WASHINGTON, Sept 19 (KUNA) -- At least 42 people were killed in Morelos, South-Central Mexico, after a magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit the area on Tuesday, according to preliminary reports.
Morelos is ranked third in population density after Mexico City and the State of Mexico, so its governor Graco Ramirez expects the death toll will rise further as search and rescue operations expand. (pickup previous)
