KUWAIT, Sept 14 (KUNA) -- Parliament Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim sent a cable on Thursday to the Chairman of the Saudi Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh expressing his sincere condolences on the martyrdom of the Saudi pilot, Lieutenant Colonel Muhanna Bin Sa'ad Al-Baiz, after his plane crashed in Yemen during the war against the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization.
