EPL: Man Utd hit four past Swansea as Arsenal lose at Stoke

LONDON, Aug 19 (KUNA) -- Manchester United smashed four goals at Swansea while Arsenal suffered a shock defeat at the hands of Stoke City on week two of England's Premier League.
With seven matches played on Saturday there were also wins for Liverpool, Leicester City, Southampton, Watford and West Bromwich Albion.
United, who earned their second league victory, did so with expensive new signing striker Romelu Lukaku scoring his third of the competition.
French internationals Anthony Martial and his compatriot Paul Pogba each bagged their second of the competition, with a fourth headed in by defender Eric Bailly.
Stoke's win came through loanee, Jese, whose effort slid past Petr Cech after clever play with teammate Saido Berahino.
Meanwhile, Sadio Mane slotted in from close range to earn his Liverpool side a hard fought 1-0 victory against Crystal Palace at Anfield.
West Ham lost their second match in a row, 3-2, to hosts Southampton, with the only plus being that new record signing striker Javier Hernandez bagged both goals.
Hammers' coach Slaven Bilic would also be frustrated to have had his other new signing Marko Arnautovic sent off for elbowing Jack Stephens in the face.
Elsewhere there were away wins for West Brom against Burnley and Watford against Bournemouth with a home wins for Leicester City against league newcomers Brighton and Hove. (end) mrn.sd
