Min. of Public Works signs contract for Al-Abadli farms water plant

KUWAIT, Aug 8 (KUNA) -- Minister of Public Works Abdulrahman Al-Mutawa has announced the signing of a contract worth KD 2.820 million (about USD 9 million) for the operation and maintenance of the water pump station and the treated distribution network for Al-Abadli farms.
The contract includes the transfer of water connections according to requirements of work, Al-Mutawa added in a statement by the ministry Tuesday.
It also covers identifying fractures in the major and sub-lines and the overall regular maintenance of the project. (end) msa.nfa.msa
