KUWAIT, July 29 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by 40 cents to USD 48.15 per barrel (pb) Friday after being at USD 47.75 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Saturday.
At the global level, the prices were up due to data showing a decrease in US crude reserves for the fourth consecutive week.
The price of the Brent crude was up to USD 51.73 per barrel, the same case with the West Texas Intermediate, which went up to USD 49.24 pb. (end)
